TRIBES
The concept of Tribes is to have a National system for gathering and developing non localized groups who can operate interchangeably. These groups would conduct themselves with a uniform guidelines and procedures to allow all of the groups to operate individually or collectively at anytime. The long term goal is a decentralized community of highly motivated teams and single cells who conduct specific techniques and standards regardless of their physical location. The culture of high morality, driven dedication and progressive advancement is the foundation of our structure.

STEP 3 : Apply training structure with vigorous personal effort
STEP 4 : Attend GMR Tribunal/COMX events to gain experience and test your development
STEP 5 : Join established Tribe or develop new Tribe in uncharted territory/country.
