Tomorrow Never Knows

I’m gonna start this off by saying I never liked the Beatles.  Honestly , I don’t have a strong reason why I didn’t like them.  But I guess when you hear yellow submarine and thats your representation of them its not a bad reason to be annoyed by them.  These were some close minded thoughts that I was just using to pre judge something I never really gave a chance.  I was recently watching the Netflix Documentary on Vietnam by Ken Burns and this song came on in one of the scenes.  It caught my ear and sounded like the Rolling Stones, when it turned out to be the Beatles I was so surprised.  It really took me back to think I never gave them a chance and missed some really good music just because I was being a stubborn little hoe.  These thoughts can be carried out in many aspects of your life.  Even airsoft, not to pre judge a scenario before walking into it because thats setting yourself up for failure.  With this desert fox Citadel game coming up, we find ourselves in a position we wouldn’t have put ourselves into in the past.  Not to say its a bad one, just different.  Everything is what you make it, so why not make the best of every opportunity thats placed in front of you.  We are only here for a short time so why hinder or waste it worrying about the bad shit.  Sometimes it helps to give shit a chance and see where it takes you.  Like the lyrics in the song I referenced in the title… “Turn off your mind relax and float down stream, it is not dying. “
